We are saddened to announce the passing of Paul Donovan, who was born on February 20, 1943, in Chesterland, Ohio, United States. Paul peacefully left this world on July 25, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.

Paul was the beloved son of Richard and Ann Donovan. In 1981, he married the love of his life, Martha, with whom he shared many wonderful years. Together, they raised two incredible children, Michael (spouse Elizabeth) and Randy (spouse Cheri). Paul was also a proud grandparent to two grandchildren. He was loved by his nieces and nephews whom adored him.

Paul dedicated his career to construction, where he demonstrated his incredible work ethic and skill. In his free time, Paul enjoyed hobbies such as fishing, camping, and watching football games. He found joy and relaxation in these activities, and he made many cherished memories with his family and friends.

Paul will be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor, and unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday, July 29th from 4p-8p at Dejohn Funeral Home in Chardon, Ohio with a small service to follow.
