Patsy Washington , 68, of Dallas, Texas, passed on July 18, 2023. Patsy was born on November 08, 1954.

We had our good times and not so good times but one thing for sure she was consistent, prideful, loving, and passionate with who she was from the core.

She would not want us to be sad on this day as she has moved on to join God in his place of peace, so when you think of Cookie remember the good times when she made you laugh or told you a crazy story!!!
