Patrick "PV" S. Vix1957 - 2016Patrick "PV" S. Vix, 58, formerly of Kenosha, late of Chicago, passed away Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, at Mercy Hospital.He was born on Oct. 28, 1957, to Anna C. Metallo and Harland Vix in Kenosha. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Tremper High School.Patrick married Kimberly Gapko in July of 1990. She preceded him in death on May 19, 2009.Patrick worked at Ocean Spray for 10 years and then at Christ Iron Works.Patrick was a jack-of-all-trades who was a workaholic; he enjoyed collecting antiques and was known as the caddy man because of his Cadillac's.He is survived by his sons, Samuel Vix and Christopher (Colleen) Dial, both of Kenosha; his mother Anna C. Upton of Pleasant Prairie; his grandchildren Natalie Vix, Noah Dial and Kayla Dial; and his siblings, Daniel (Loretta) Mack of Pleasant Prairie, Michael Vix of Kenosha and Tamara Vix of Pleasant Prairie. He is also survived by his fiancé Kathleen O'Connell of Chicago.His father Harland precedes him in death.A Celebration of Life for Patrick will be held on Saturday, Jan. 23, at 11 a.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home.
