In his younger years, Pat enjoyed coaching soccer with the Boys Youth League in Menasha. He liked hunting for deer and other small game. Pat's other interests included fishing, collecting coins, and accumulating guns. Pat's favorite pastime was going to local auctions looking for collectables.
