Hanlon, Patrick DanielPatrick D. Hanlon, 52, Neenah, passed away at his home on Wednesday, October 26, 2016. He was born on April 16, 1964, in Detroit, child #10 of 11 to James and Mary (Mox) Hanlon. Patrick was employed as a social worker with the Appleton VA Clinic. He loved his job and took great pride in helping homeless veterans. Patrick also loved his girlfriend, Jamie. He enjoyed many good times with her, especially the times they spent laughing together, helping homeless veterans, and taking walks. Patrick was an avid Packer fan, bicycler, and a lector at St. Margaret Mary Parish, Neenah, where he was a member.He is survived by his girlfriend: Jamie; 10 siblings: James (Pearl) Hanlon, Thomas (Char) Hanlon, Mary (Robert) Sinnen, Anne Soles, Judith (Robert) Ewers, Michael (Renee) Hanlon, Kathleen Hanlon, Timothy (Sue) Hanlon, Peggy (Jake) Gudikunst; and Daniel (Mary) Hanlon; a special nephew: Andrew (Alissa) Hanlon; numerous other nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; relatives and friends.Patrick was preceded in death by his parents and a great niece, McKenna Tuma.Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, October 29, 2016, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 620 Division St., Neenah, with Fr. Michael Ingold officiating. Interment will be in St. Margaret Cemetery, Neenah. Visitation will be Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the family to help cover the cost of the funeral.Patrick's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Andrew,Mary, and also Jamie for their wonderful care of Patrick.
