Patricia "Patsy" Sass82, of Delphi, passed away on April 28, 2017, surrounded by family at IU Health in Lafayette.Patsy was born on March 26, 1935 in Lafayette to the late Wallace J. & Louise A. (Hurley) McKay. She was a 1953 graduate of St. Francis High School and salutatorian of her class.She married Donald E. Sass on Dec. 3, 1955 in Lafayette and he preceded her on Sept. 13, 2015.Patsy retired in 1993 as vice president of the Union Bank & Trust in Delphi.She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Altar & Rosary Society, the VFW Auxiliary, The American Logion Auxiliary and the Carroll County Country Club.She enjoyed quilting, watching Purdue sports, golfing, and spending time with her grandchildren.She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Mylet (Joe) of Camden; siblings: Mary Lou Scott of Boulder, CO, Beth Grenat of Bloomington, IL, David McKay (Carol) of Georgia, Helen Kockert and Alice Pearl of West Lafayette, and Nancy Schultz (David) and Steve McKay, both of Lafayette; grandchildren: Scott Toman of Delphi, Erin Dzuba (Zack) of Indianapolis, Sean Mylet of Camden; great grandchildren: Josiah, Johnathon, Colm, Jenapher and Mark.Patsy was preceded by her parents, husband, 3 infant children: Don, Karen and Mary Ann; and 2 brothers, Wallace & Joe.The Prayer Service will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Davidson Funeral Home, Delphi with visitation following from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wed., May 3, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Delphi with Father Bob Williams officiating.
