Patricia "Tish" Ann PiercePatricia "Tish" Ann Pierce, 71, of Attica, died at 7:42 a.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Parkview Healthcare, Attica, where she had been a resident for the past year.Tish was born on January 16, 1945 in Knob Lick, KY. She was the daughter of the late James Rondel Pierce and Nellie Beatrice (Poynter) Pierce Davis. She lived in Kentucky a few years before moving to the Attica area, where she resided most of her life. She was a 1963 graduate of Attica High School.Tish had worked as a telephone operator for Bell Telephone in Attica. She had also worked at RMC in Attica and at the security gate for Harrison Steel Casting Co. in Attica.Tish was attending the Attica Free Methodist Church. She loved to read and read from her Bible every day.Survivors include three brothers, Larry (Gerald Dean) Pierce, West Lafayette, Phil Pierce, Attica and Randy (Sonia) Pierce, Remington; a sister, Ruth (Ronnie) Larson, Attica; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by a step-father, Billie Bob Davis; a brother, Dannie Pierce; and a niece, Laura Larson.Visitation will be held at the Maus Funeral Home, Attica, on Thursday, Sept. 8, from 4:00 p.m until the memorial service time of 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Jerry Badgley officiating.
