On Sunday, September 2, 2018, Patricia Ann Hammond, wife, mother, daughter and sister, passed away suddenly at the age of 55 years due to breast cancer. Patricia will be forever remembered by her precious children, Jacob and Marie, by her mother Mary Willis, and sister Pamela. Patricia will also be forever remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and extended family and dear friends.

A private service will be held on Saturday, September 22nd, at 11:00 a.m., following a memorial gathering at the address of 987 Pecos Ave. to celebrate only the good times with family and friends.
