Patrice Lynn "Snap" KnappenbergerFREMONT: Patrice Lynn "Snap" Knappenberger, 62 of Fremont, OH passed away unexpectedly Sunday, October 23, 2016. She was born on February 18, 1954 in Galion, OH to Robert and Margaret Pauline (Hildebrand) Knappenberger. Snap was a 1972 graduate of Bucyrus High School.Snap was currently working for Steps Provider Agency and worked with the MRDD for twenty years. She was a member of Warren Chapel AME Church and was a choir director for twenty years with St. John United Church of Christ in Bucyrus and Elmore, OH. Snap enjoyed singing, playing the piano, cooking and sign language.Snap is survived by her husband, Gregory Rucker, Fremont, OH; children, Robert Branch, Columbus, OH, Ashly Branch, Fremont, OH; step children, Colleen Rucker, Fremont, OH; sister, Gayle (Jeffrey) Reser, Bucyrus, OH and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; step daughter, Antoinette "Sissy" Rucker and two grandchildren. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2016, from 1:00 - 4:00 pm at Holy Trinity Activity Center, 740 Tiffin St., Bucyrus, OH 44820.
