Otis Hilton Johnson was born in Detroit , Michigan March 20,1937 to the late Lillie Coleman and Wilfred Johnson. Although he was an only child, he shared a close brotherly relationship with Marvin and Floyd and considered them as his brothers.
Otis began his education in the Detroit public school system, he left school at the age of 16 and enlisted in the Armed Forces where he served his country in the Korean War. Shortly after his return he met a young lady by the name of Rosella Tucker, and they would later have four children.
Otis loved spending time with family and friends, he made it his mission to make it to every family function and special events. For those he knew well, on your birthday you would be sure to get a call from him wishing you a happy birthday. Nothing gave him greater joy than his grandchildren, and he often spoke with them regularly. He had a flair for fashion that was undeniable, every time he walked into a room his sense of style put everyone on notice.
Proceeding him in death is his mother Lillie Coleman and brother Marvin McGhee. Leaving to cherish his memory is his brother Floyd Jones; children; Tonee Tucker, Kevin Tucker, Terence Tucker & Crystal Tucker. His grandchildren; Christian Tucker, Alexandria Tucker, Devonte Tucker, Keenan Tucker, Terence Tucker-Price Jr, Elayna Smith & Eliza Tucker.
