We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Orville Kerlew, who peacefully left this world on July 19, 2025, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. He was born on October 20, 1940, to Eustace and Vera Kerlew.

Orville was a loving husband to Christina Kerlew, whom he married in 1979. He had 7 children Rhonda, Sonya, Paula, Andrea (with spouse Aidan), Jenny (with spouse Tim), Bennet, and Sarah. Orville was also a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren Jeff, Carmen, Shamira, Alec, Olivia, Oliver, and Chloe.

Orville dedicated many years of his life to serving his community as a member of the Toronto Police force. He worked tirelessly until his retirement in 1985. His commitment to protecting and serving his fellow citizens will not be forgotten.

Orville's kind heart, strong work ethic, and unwavering love for his family will be deeply missed. He faced his battle with liver cancer with courage and grace until the very end.

May Orville Kerlew rest in peace, knowing he leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and compassion that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
