Orville Clarence Wacker was born on November 15, 1926 to Fred and Lydia Wacker. He passed away on October 25, 2017. He was a builder in the Sacramento area for over 50 years and also built the Royal Villa apartments near American River College. Orville served in the Army during WWII as a technical sergeant. He is preceded in death by his wife Pearl (Souza) Wacker, his parents, his sisters Virginia (Ginny) Dubach, Clara Mendoza, and brothers, Leo Wacker and Ruben Wacker. Orville is also survived by his son Richard Wacker, his daughters, Georgia Brewer, Rhonda White (Bart), Renee John and his grandchildren, Jaclyn Brewer (Gerry), Shauna Brewer (Nathan), Candace and Sydney Bartlett, Jessica and Jayden John. Services will be held on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 11am at River Rock Church, 6693 Folsom-Auburn Rd, Folsom. Interment will be at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Rd, Dixon at 2pm. A reception will be held at 4pm in Roseville, following the interment. The family invites all who knew Orville to join them for any or all of the services.
