Orinne K. Skaggs Our loving mother Orinne Kay Skaggs passed away peacefully at her residence on October 31, 2013 surrounded by her family. She was born on April 5, 1937 to Oray and Virginia (née Pletcher) Wang in Grand Rapids MN. Mom enjoyed her life in Racine, Kansasville, Babcock and Burlington. She was a wonderful mother of five and a "mom" to many neighborhood kids; mom was loved by everyone she met. Survivors include her son Rick (Barbara) Stich of Nekoosa, daughters; Mardell (Geof) Cook and Karleen (Duane) Winkelman, both of Burlington and April Froelich of Sturtevant. She is further survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Skaggs, a daughter Robyn R Skaggs and her siblings Denyce A Stich and Robert "Buzzy" Wang. Our family would like to thank Dr. Rein, Dr. Haider, Dr. Wong and their staff for all they did to help mom through her journey. A special thanks to four angels: Beth, Tammy, Sandy and her "Granny Nanny" Rachael.
