Ora Walker, 101, She was born to Tom walker and Minnie Walker in Bovina, Mississippi on September 03, 1919. She accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Victory Baptist Church, where she faithful served on the usher board, and years later served as Mother of the church until her health failed.

Ora was called home by her heavenly father on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at LeConte Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers an sister. She leaves to cherish her loving memories: a son, Joe (Carrie) Anderson of Vicksburg, Ms; three granddaugters, Melva Anderson, Rhonda Short, and Carrie Anderson all of Vicksburg, Ms. six great-grandchildren, Kashondra (Derrick) Maddox, Mykayla Mack, Natasha (Kenneth) Jackson, Keirria Mack, Shakira Mack, and Jason Short, all of Vicksburg,Ms; nine great-great grandchildren, all of Vicksburg, Ms, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, including the walker, Williams, Jones, and Jackson families.
