We are sad to announce the untimely passing of Ollie Bennett-Evans on December 6, 2024, in Gary, Indiana. Ollie was born on November 28, 1931, to Emmanucl Bennett Sr and Mattie Siner Bennett.
Ollie lived a full and vibrant life, always bringing laughter and joy wherever they went. They were married to their beloved spouse Rock Evans since 1953, and together they had four children: Bobby Suggs, Kevin Suggs, Cassandra Carter, and Rochelle Lawrence.
Ollie was a dedicated parent and grandparent, always with a joke or a witty remark to lighten the mood. They will be dearly missed by their family and friends, but we take comfort in knowing that Ollie is now reunited with their loved ones in heaven.
