Octavius Billups, a beloved resident of Richmond, Virginia, passed away on June 2, 2025 at the age of 80. He was born on March 12, 1945 and was the loving spouse of the late Hazel Billups for 44 years.

Octavius was a devoted father to his four children, Carlton, Celestine, Johnathan (spouse Gina), and John (spouse Lisa). He was also a cherished grandfather to seven grandchildren.

Throughout his life, Octavius was known for his kind heart and willingness to help others. His love for his family was unmatched, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

Octavius passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
