O C was known for his indomitable spirit and unwavering determination. He left an enduring legacy through his relentless pursuit of success in various endeavors. O C will be remembered for his infectious laughter, boundless generosity, and profound wisdom. His immense contributions to the community and unwavering commitment to his passions will forever resonate in the hearts of all who knew him. May his soul find eternal peace.

He was preceded in death his father Mr. O C Thomas Sr. and two sisters Annie Mary Thomas Winn and Ethel Eve Thomas Syimone. He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother Duffie Coleman Thomas, his daughter Ethelene Washington Whitfield, his son Johnny Ray White. His grandson Byron Washington, his granddaughters Brittany Washington, Bridgette Whitfield, and Bianca Whitfield Washington. He also leaves 14 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews along with friends that he gained.
