We are gathered here today to mourn the passing of Nylaya Jenkins, a beloved daughter, friend, and anime enthusiast.

Nylaya was born on May 2, 2008, in Newark, New Jersey, to her loving parents James L Jenkins and Nakiyah L Rivers. She attended Central Highschool High School, where she excelled in her studies and made many lasting friendships.

Though Nylaya had no children of her own, she poured her love and laughter into her hobbies, which included reading, basketball, shopping, anime, fishing, and bowling. She was known for her competitive spirit on the basketball court and her impeccable taste in the latest anime series.

Despite her young age, Nylaya lived life to the fullest and brought joy to all who knew her. Her witty sense of humor and infectious smile will be dearly missed.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the local anime club in Nylaya's honor. Rest in peace, Nylaya. May you find endless episodes of your favorite anime in the great beyond.
