On Friday December 4, 2019 Norman, beloved father of Brianna Nicole Taylor and Adam Michael Taylor, loving husband of Mona Oudeh Taylor lost his battle to Loudoundelayitis. After weeks of anticipating the Loudoun Data Center projects to be released, on December 4th, he had a relapse and was unable to recover. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to Loudoun County Data Center Projects of America in his name. There will be a memorial service at New Life Baptist Church on Saturday December 14, 2019 at 9:00 am
