Norman Dierkes, of Marengo, Illinois, passed away on February 6, 2026, at the age of 76. Born on July 1, 1949, Norman lived a full and vibrant life.

He was a dedicated computer engineer who also proudly served in the US Marine Corps. In his free time, Norman enjoyed visiting casinos and spending hours on his computer.

Norman is survived by his beloved wife Shirley, whom he was married to for 47 years. Together, they raised three wonderful children: Jennifer, Cindy, and Brenda. Norman also leaves behind two cherished grandchildren.

Norman will be remembered for his sharp wit, generous spirit, and unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
