We are gathered here today to bid farewell to Nicodemus Mokoena, a man who lived a long and adventurous life. Nicodemus was born on May 20, 1942, in the bustling town of Sharpeville, Gauteng, South Africa.

Known for his quick wit and infectious laughter, Nicodemus brought joy to all who knew him. He had a love for life that was truly unmatched, and he never missed an opportunity to crack a joke or share a funny story.

Throughout his 82 years on this earth, Nicodemus had many roles - father, friend, mentor, and prankster extraordinaire. He raised five children, all of whom inherited his mischievous sense of humor.

Whether he was playing practical jokes on his neighbors or coming up with outrageous schemes, Nicodemus always kept things interesting. He had a knack for turning even the most mundane tasks into hilarious adventures.

On July 13, 2024, Nicodemus passed away, leaving behind a legacy of laughter and love. While we will miss his infectious charm and witty banter, we take comfort in knowing that he is now cracking jokes in the great beyond.
