Nicklaus Aaron Yates, of Augusta, Georgia, tragically passed Monday morning at University Medical, surrounded by family and select friends. Nicklaus was involved in a vehicle accident late Sunday night, and succombed to injuries shortly therafter. He is survived by his wife, Theresa, and his two children, Dale and Kelly. The family asks for  privacy during this difficult time.
