Neale Oldenburger, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on October 16, 2025, in Aplington, Iowa. He was born on January 27, 1949, to William and Angeline Oldenburger.

Neale grew up in Aplington and attended Aplington High School, where he graduated in 1967. He went on to serve in the Air Force before beginning his career at John Deere, where he worked diligently until his retirement in 2015.

In 1970, Neale married the love of his life, Verlene Oldenburger. Together, they raised five children: Aaron (Tami), Alex (Date), Andrew (Aliyah), Austin (Laci), and Amy. Neale was a devoted father who took great pride in his children's accomplishments.

Neale was also a doting grandfather to eight grandchildren. He adored spending time with them and was always there to offer guidance and support.

Neale will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
