ANGOLA — Nathan P. Rothrock, age 38, of Angola, Indiana, died Saturday, April 2, 2016, at his home. He was born on June 22, 1977 in Coldwater, Michigan, to Patrick Rothrock and Laura (Harr) Caldwell. He was currently employed at Applebee's in Angola, Indiana, as a bartender. Nate was a very witty and charming guy and had many friends. He is survived by his mother, Laura Caldwell of LaGrange, Indiana; his father and stepmother, Patrick and Margie Rothrock of Angola, Indiana; two sisters, Dawn and Paul Keplinger of LaGrange, Indiana, and Brooke Caldwell and John Watkins of Fort Wayne, Indiana; 1 stepbrother, Johnathon Stotts of Angola, Indiana; two stepsisters, Rachel and David Fischer of Indiana and Becca Stotts of Oklahoma; two nieces, Autumn Keplinger of LaGrange, Indiana, and Olivia Caldwell of Fort Wayne, Indiana; two nephews, Paul L. Keplinger and Memphis Keplinger of LaGrange, Indiana; and his longtime girlfriend, Jill Surine of Fort Wayne, Indiana. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, from noon to 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 220 W. Maumee St., Angola, Indiana. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the church with the Pastor Nancy Nichols officiating. Memorials may be given to the family.
