Huberty, Naomi R.Naomi Ruth Huberty, age 91, of Plymouth, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2017.She was born on February 11, 1926 in Richmond, Indiana; a daughter of the late Benjamin and Ada (Corman) Blankenship. She attended schools in Indiana and California. In 1945, she married Albert Mollo, Sr. She wed James T. Long on July 28th, l951 in Illinois. The Couple was married for 28 years until he passed away on August 30th, l979. On March 16, 1985, she married Ralph Huberty at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Plymouth. He preceded her in death on March 6, 1989.She was employed at Gilson Brothers Company in Plymouth for more than 20 years, retiring in 1985. She was also secretary for the family business J. Long and Son's Siding. Naomi was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, was an active member and past president of the Christian Women Society and member of the Daughters of Isabella.She also served as a Peer Counselor for Sheboygan County and delivered Meals on Wheels. Naomi spent many years doing nails at different nursing homes and was active in other volunteer work. Her loving concern for others assuring them a ride to meetings or church or just to meet for coffee was appreciated by many. She had an admirable talent with her hands, enjoyed gardening, houseplants and needlework. No one ever went with cold feet; she made hundreds of slippers for all. Her talents include crocheting of her many doilies, dresser scarves, table clothes, and bedspreads to name a few, are displayed and cherished in many homes. Survivors include her four sons: Albert (Inez) Mollo, Jr. of Sun Prairie, WI, Frank (Patricia) Mollo of Naponee, Nebraska, Jesse (Sharon) Long of Oconto, WI, Brian (Echo) Long of Great Falls, Montana; Two daughters: Linda (James) Wenzel of Abrams, WI, Helen (Danny) Maimone of Greenville, North Carolina; 21 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren and Four great-great grandchildren.She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by one son: Jerry Long, one daughter: Sheila Sizemore; one granddaughter: Amanda Hickman; one brother: Jesse Blankenship; and one sister: Edna Cruise and Special Friend: Herb Krueger.Funeral services will be held on Monday (October 23, 2017) at 11:00 A.M. at Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Father Philip Reifenberg will officiate. Burial will be in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Howards Grove. Friends may call at Suchon Funeral Home on Monday (Oct. 23) from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the services.In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Naomi's name.The Suchon Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Plymouth is serving her family.
