Nancy Lynn Murphy, 72, passed on May 05, 2022. She was born to Frederick Murphy and Patricia Murphy in Wingo, Kentucky on July 28, 1949.

She married George Thompson and they lived together in Gary, Indiana. Together they raised 5 children Melissa Starks (Ronald Starks), Ethel Diouf (Papa Diouf), Eugenia Murphy, Georgette Miller, Tammy Thompson . She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.

Nancy graduated from Wingo High in 4.

Nancy worked at United States Postal Service until she retired in 15 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
