LeFevre, Nancy J.Nancy Jean LeFevre, 64, Kewaunee, passed away on April 27, 2017 at home with her family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer. Nancy was born on November 20, 1952 to the late James and Lillian (Pritzl) McCabe. After graduating from Denmark High School, Nancy continued her education at Silver Lake College, becoming a teacher. On June 9, 1973 Nancy married Greg LeFevre at All Saints Catholic Church, Denmark. Nancy started teaching at SS. Cyril and Methodius and then at Holy Trinity from 1980 until 1989. In 1989 she became principal and stayed in that position for 1 year before accepting a position with the Luxeumburg-Casco Schools in 1990 as the remedial reading teacher, this was her 27th year there.Nancy is survived by her husband Greg; her children, Renee LeFevre and Annalyse LeFevre; grandchildren, Bailey and Stella LeFevre; brothers, Steve (Annette) McCabe, Bob (Judy) McCabe, Jerry (Debbie) McCabe, Jim McCabe, Pat (Sue) McCabe; sisters, Mary Dachelet and Sue Walters; sisters-in-law; Judy Yanda and Charlotte (Terrence) Seubert. She is preceded in death by her son, Andy LeFevre; her parents, James and Lillian McCabe; her father and mother-in-law, Harvey and Marcella LeFevre.Visitation with the family will take place on Friday, May 5, 2017 at Wiesner & Massart Funeral Home - Casco from 4-8 PM. A wake service will take place at 7:30 PM. Visitation will continue Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church from 10:00-10:30 AM.
