We mourn the passing of Nabil Sawiris, born on April 15, 1957, in Cairo, Egypt. Nabil departed this world too soon following sudden respiratory failure from Covid complications on November 7, 2024.

Nabil was a devoted father to his three children, John Sawires, Sara Nabil, and Remon Nabil. He was also a loving grandparent to his precious grandchild.

With complete faith in God's love, and in the hope of resurrection and Christ's promise of eternal life, the family invites relatives and friends to attend the Divine Liturgy for his pure soul, God willing, at 7:00 AM on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at St. Demiana Church - Hassan Mohamed - Haram
