Muhammad Abdullah, was a native of Nigeria who later in life moved to Chicago, Illinois. He worked various jobs to provide a living for his family.

Muhammad Adullah was a devoted father to Amatullah Abdullah, Khadija Abdullah Shallow and Hassan Abdullah. He was also a step father to Lashelle Lang and step son that preceeded him in death in 2009, (Hakeem Lang).

Muhammad was also a loving grandfather to Shantell Lang, Erin Young, Markise Lang, Ayden Bond, Lyaila Abdullah, Kaleigha Shallow and Kalese Shallow, and a great grandfather to Seyana Lang and Tyrelle Lang.
