It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mohamed Nuranie, who was born on January 23, 1970, and passed away on April 6, 2026. Mohamed resided in Skeldon, East Berbice-Corentyne, Guyana.

He was the beloved son of Shaidoom Shahirudin and loving partner of Vinita. Mohamed is survived by his four children, Rameez Nuranie, Riaz Nuranie (spouse Melissa Nuranie), Rhyaan Nuranie (spouse Tej Narine), and Riya Nuranie. He also leaves behind four cherished grandchildren.

Mohamed will be remembered for his kindness, humor, and unwavering devotion to his family. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

The family will be holding a funeral service to honor the life of Mohamed Nuranie. Details of the service will be announced at a later date.
