The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Hopewell Baptist Church. Modene passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2017. She was born on November 15, 1929 in Montgomery County, TN to Hatton G. and Estelle (Dawson) Bateman.
