Miranda Payne, a bright and spirited 16-year-old from Marion, North Carolina, passed away on October 31, 2022. Born on April 26, 2006, Miranda brought joy and laughter to all those around her. She was known for her kind heart, infectious smile, and love for life. Miranda had a passion for music and could often be found singing and dancing with her friends.
