Visitation will be Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM with a rosary at 7:00PM at the funeral home. Minnie was born on April 29, 1926 to Roman and Fidila Jimenez in Sinton, TX. Preceding her in death were her parents; husband; Roy P. Ramirez, son; Roy Ramirez Jr., daughter; Celia Singleton.
