Minnie Payne, beloved mother, grandmother, and member of the Red Hatters Club, passed away on December 21, 2024, in Decatur, Georgia. She was born on August 8, 1936.

Minnie is survived by her five children: Renee Payne, Octavia Payne, Allen Payne, Melvin Payne, and Ben Zion. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren.

Minnie was a devoted member of the Red Hatters Club, where she enjoyed socializing and participating in community events. She was known for her warm personality and kind heart, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
