Herdt, 37, of Fond du Lac, died Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at home.She was born on May 29, 1980, at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Anchorage, Alaska, a daughter of Daniel E. and Patricia A. Brown Herdt.Michelle was a graduate of L.P. Goodrich High School, Class of 1999. She worked at WalMart for 17 years in customer service.She was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church. She was an avid reader, enjoyed going to Brewer games and spending time with family.She is survived by a daughter, Emilee Herdt of Fond du Lac; her parents, Daniel and Patricia Herdt of Fond du Lac; her siblings: Brian Herdt of Ripon, Katherine Herdt of Fond du Lac, and Christine Dukish of North Fond du Lac; maternal and paternal grandparents; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.She was preceded in death by an uncle, Mark Herdt.SERVICE: A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 18, 2017, at Ascension Lutheran Church, 901 County Road V, Fond du Lac.Cremation has taken place.Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel & Crematory is serving the family, www.kurkimachfuneralchapel.com. 920-921-4420
