Michele Nicole Lautenbach, of Rolla, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the age of 28.She was born on June 8, 1988 in St. Louis, MO to Steven Craig Lautenbach and Bethany Marie (Gehm) Lautenbach.Michele was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Mollie Gorney; a grandfather, Daniel Lautenbach; and great uncle, John Gorney.Michele loved her family, friends and life. She was always able to light up a room with her presence and infectious smile from the very beginning. Michele has struggled with her addiction over the past two years and tried repeatedly to overcome it.She had dreams of getting married and raising a family of her own. Michele was loved deeply by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.She will be sadly missed by her surviving family which includes: her father, Steven Craig Lautenbach of Rolla, MO; her mother, Beth Davis and husband Gary of Hillsboro, MO; grandparents, Patricia Lautenbach of St. James, MO, Cecilia Gehm of Peverly, MO and James Gehm and wife Sandy of Staunton, IL; one sister, Megan Lautenbach of St. Louis, MO; a stepsister, Amanda Hill and husband Christopher of Sikeston, MO; her boyfriend Ryan McNamara of St. Louis, MO;uncles, Scott Lautenbach and wife Cindy, Eric Gehm and Tim Gehm; aunt, Robin (Gehm) Goss; great aunt, Christine Burger and husband Richard; cousins and many friends.A memorial service for Michele Lautenbach will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at the Null and Son Funeral Home in Rolla. A visitation for family and friends will be held prior to the service beginning at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
