Michael John Will1963-2016Michael John Will was born on August 10, 1963 to parents Edgar and Patricia Will. On October 13, 2016, Mike succumbed to an illness after battling AML and losing his battle to septic shock. Mike Will began his airline career with PeopleExpress Airlines on November 11, 1985 flying the B727 as a Second Offices. He transferred to Houston in 1987 after the merger between Continental Airline and PeopleExpress Airlines. Mike upgraded to Captain on the B737(300) 1998. His most recent position was B737 Line Check Airman / IAH. He also worked in Pilot Recurring for United Airlines. Mike held a B777 Captain bid and was looking forward to flying the wide body aircraft internationally.He is survived by his loving wife Brenda Will; six children, Forrest, Benjamin, Chance, Britnee, Kennedy and Kylie. I feel honored to have been given the time I had," Brenda Will.The family will receive friends for visitation Monday, October 17, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Grand Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039, and a Funeral Service, October 18, 2016 at 10:00 AM at First Presbyterian Church of Kingwood, 5520 Kingwood Drive, Kingwood, Texas 77345 followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park.
