Michael Henry Quinn passed away on October 5, 2017. He was born on September 8, 1955 to the late Raymond and Dolores Quinn in Geneva, New York. Michael graduated from Ysleta High School and received his BA in Criminal Justice from UTEP. He was a United States Marine and worked for The Texas Department of Criminal Justice of which he retired. Michael is survived by his brother Patrick and sister Dodie Gonzalez (Richard) Nephews Christopher, Stephen and Niece Lianette. Graveside Service November 9th at 10:00 A.M. at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
