He was born on January 16, 1965 to James and Carol (Morris) Phillips in Great Falls, MT. He was a mentor for Narcotics Anonymous. He enjoyed fishing and bikes and soon graduated to motorcycles. He also joined Set Free Anarchy. He was always willing to volunteer at the church to raise money at hockey games. He is survived by his wife Dawn; children Mikey, Caitlyn, Ralphie, Rory, Anthony, and Jamie; his parents James Phillips of Las Vegas, NV, and Carol Morris of Rialto, CA; siblings Jim Phillips of Yucipa, CA, Debbie Godsey of Rialto, CA, George Truscott of Las Vegas, NV; and many nieces and nephews.Condolences can be given at www.flahifffuneralchapel.com
