We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Michael Dawkins, who was born on May 14, 1981, in Hamilton, Montana. He passed away on December 31, 2024, in Billings, Montana, leaving behind a grieving mother, Julie Dawkins, sisters, Jami Dawkins and Christina Thompson, nieces, Tennley Dawkins and Lily Jiron, nephews, Tresston Wong and Logan and Liam Rogers and great nephew, Sebastian Ream.
Michael grew up in and around the Missoula area. He graduated from Sentinel High School in 1999 and went on to work at Sew Chef. He was a dedicated employee and always gave his best in everything he did.
Michael had a passion for basketball and spent many hours playing the sport he loved, accompanied by his favorite rap music. He was a true athlete and found joy in the competitive nature of the game. His athleticism really shined through at the Southgate Mall three on three tournaments.
Michael also loved the outdoors. Whether he was camping under the big sky, swimming in the clear waters, hiking with his k9 love Sunny, or sledding up Blue mountain, Michael could almost always be found outside.
He will be missed by so many. Michael we love you so much.
