With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Figueroa, a beloved resident of Bronx, New York, who left this world peacefully on November 7, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on October 27, 1958, Michael lived a life defined by hard work, humor, generosity, and an unwavering devotion to his loved ones.

Michael was a man whose presence could light up any room. His laughter was contagious, his wisdom steady, and his heart endless in its capacity to give. Whether he was sharing stories from his younger days, offering guidance to his children, or making sure everyone had enough to eat, Michael’s life was built on love, family, and faith.

He leaves behind a remarkable legacy 11 children 5 daughters and 6 sons: Michele Acres (Alex), Patricia Alvarez, Chantel Whitehead, Jamarie Crenshaw (Jamar) and Nakeysia Gonzalez. Alfredo Rodriquez, Julio Figueroa, Dayshawn Figueroa, Michael Alicea, Marquis Figueroa-Herrara, Jordan Figueroa. He also leaves behind 98 grandchildren, each of whom carry a piece of his spirit within them. His love and lessons will continue to shape generations to come.

Michael’s life was a testament to the power of family and perseverance. He taught those around him the importance of staying strong through life’s challenges, cherishing each moment, and always looking out for one another.

While our hearts ache with his absence, we take comfort in knowing he is at peace, watching over his ever-growing family with pride.

A Celebration of Life for Michael will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Victory Chapel Christian Center. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance—to share stories, cherished memories, and heartfelt gratitude for a man whose boundless love touched every life he encountered.
