We are saddened to announce the passing of Melvin Howard, who departed this world on July 24, 2024, in Fresno, California. Born on September 22, 1939, Melvin was the beloved son of Alvin Howard and Georgia Nellums. He was the loving husband of Stacy Howard, whom he married in the year 1967

Melvin leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, as well as his five children: Alvin, Larry, Johnny, Cynthia, and Sonia. He also leaves behind eight adoring grandchildren.

Throughout his life, Melvin worked tirelessly at UPS, where he eventually retired in 2002. When he wasn't busy at work, Melvin enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and indulging in his hobby of working on cars.

Although Melvin may no longer be with us, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
