Melody Ellington-Swain, 53, of LaSalle, Illinois, passed Tuesday, April 10, 2018. Melody was born to Bruce Ellington, and Rose Ellington, December 13, 1964, in Ottawa, Illinois.
Melody graduated from LaSalle - Peru Township High School in 1983 and received a degree from Illinois Valley Community College in 1988. She married Linda Swain in 2014, and they lived together in LaSalle. Melody worked at Illinois Valley Community Hospital.
Melody is survived by 2 step-children: Marhi Swain, and Jennah Swain.
