It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Melanie Crockett, who was born on May 23, 1945 in Rockmart, Georgia, United States. She peacefully departed this world on January 12, 2026.

Melanie was a loving mother to her two children, Dale Meyers and Sharodd Meyers. She adored her grandchildren Tangela Hines , Shanice Howard, Heidi Meyers, Deon Thompson. and took great joy in spending time with them.

Throughout her life, Melanie worked as a personal Baker and took great pride in her job. In her free time, she enjoyed attending church and found solace in her faith.

Melanie's warm smile and kind heart will be dearly missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
