We mourn the loss of Meghann Doucet-Laurent, who was born on August 4, 2001, in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. She tragically passed away on May 6, 2024, at the young age of 22.

Meghann was the beloved daughter of Carl and Penny Laurent and the partner of Peter Doucet. She had no children but shared a close bond with her family and partner.

Meghann attended Beau Chêne High School and graduated in 2018. She went on to pursue higher education at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, where she was dedicated to her studies and passionate about helping others. Meghann was actively involved in the ASPCA organization, where she volunteered her time and resources to support animal welfare causes.

Tragically, Meghann's life was cut short due to a car crash, and later passing in the hospital. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and her memory will live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
