Maxine Scott was born July 16th, 1945 in Scott, Arkansas to the late Annie Bell Rideout and Lewis Taylor.

She later moved to Little Rock, Arkansas where she was raised and attended Hones High School in North Little Rock, Arkansas.

In 1961, Maxine was united in marriage to Henry Eagles. To this union were born four beautiful children ; Carnette Higdon, Jaqueline Patton, Larry Eagles, and Suna Richardson. This marriage was later dissolved.

In 1970, she became a member of Greater Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, and it was there accepted Christ and received the precious gift of the Holy Spirit. She was loyal and faithful member of the church and a servant of christ.
