She and her daughters had a booth at the Orland Craft Fair for over 20 years where she exhibited her skills in knitting, crocheting, sewing, and loved to make stuffed animals. She worked for Cal Farm in Hamilton City for several years, then for Casa Lupe Restaurant for another 17 years until 1999 when she finally retired at the age of 72. She is survived by Vernon, her husband of 71 years; her two daughters Lynda Crowe (Robert) of Georgia and Caryn Brown (Gary) of Orland, and her son Timothy Brown of Hamilton City; two grandsons Michael John Crowe (Melissa) of Tennessee and Robert Michael Crowe (TaLisa) of Georgia, and three greatgrandchildren, Helen, Daysi and Sammy.
