Maurice (Mott) Aaron Dial, 54, of Ware Shoals, South Carolina, departed this life on July 23, 2022. He was the son of Roosevelt and the late Catherine Dial. He was born in Greenwood, South Carolina and resided at 62 Upper Shady Grove Road in Donalds, South Carolina.

Maurice attended the Ware Shoals School system. Mott as he was affectionately called by family and friends worked for Cable Connectors until his passing. He was a member of Little River Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine Aull Dial, two brothers Cornelius A. Dial and Patrick A. Dial, and one newphew, Cornelius McDowell.

Maurice leaves to cherish his fond memories, his father Roosevelt Dial of the home, one son Aldric (Chloe) Dial of Greenwood,SC; one daughter Marisha Singleton of Greenville,SC; one granddaughter Skylar Morton of Greenwood,SC; two sister: Renee (Freddie) Williams of Donalds,SC and Karen Keels of Greenville,SC. A special friend, Gwen Cunningham of Donalds,SC: and a host of aunts, uncles, siste-in-laws, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
