Matthew Lewis, 21, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed on July 20, 2021. He was pronounced dead at 2:02PM at Medical City of Fort Worth. Matthew was born on March 16, 2000. Matthew was a loyal friend, Boyfriend, and a all of the above great guy. He will be truly missed. He is survived by his Mother, Beeta Lewis. His father Rodney Lewis, and his fiance Amanda Velasquez. Matthew was a Big Elvis fan and loved country music. Mattnew had a voice for country music. He would of been a star. Matthew loved life and strived to love each day like it was his last. He was originally from Arlington but moved to Fort Worth to branch out And find more music opportunities. Matthew will be missed dearly and will forever be in our hearts.
