Matthew J. Holt, age 44, entered into rest Friday November 4, 2016. He was born on July 2, 1972 in Bay Village, Ohio and graduated in 1991 from Avon High School where he played baseball and football. He was a member of Laborers Union Local # 310. He was an outdoorsmen, he enjoyed camping and boating, and avid hunter, and avid Cleveland sports fan, along with watching O.S.U. games. He is survived by his mother Janine Holt, sisters Kimberly Holt and Sandra Huffman, nephews Ryan & Tyler and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father James Holt and brother James Holt Jr. The family will receive friends on Wednesday November 9, 2016 from 3:00 PM until time of service at 8:00 PM at the MISENCIK FUNERAL HOME, 36363 Detroit Rd., Avon.
